Shirahama Shrine, also known as Ikonabi Hime Shrine, is a Shinto shrine located along the coast of Shimoda City and is characterized by a single red torii gate located facing the sea on a huge coral reef called Dai Myojin Iwa and is connected by a rope to the next reef on the side of the torii gate.
