Gin from Japan represents a high-quality artisanal liqueur that blends European juniper tradition with botanical ingredients typical of Japan, resulting in distinctive and intricate flavour profiles. Officially emerged around 2016, it is characterised by its citrus nuances of yuzu, spicy notes of sansho pepper, floral essences of cherry blossom (sakura) and vegetal tones of green tea.
