Otafuku’s Yaki Udon Sukiyaki is a handy kit for preparing one of the most popular stir-fried noodle dishes in Japanese cuisine at home. The included sauce is inspired by the flavour of sukiyaki, characterised by a balance of sweet and savoury notes. It is made with soya sauce, sugar, treacle, mirin, grain vinegar and kombu stock.
