The delicate sweetness of mikan honey harmonises perfectly with the acidity of the Nanko plums. With a slightly lower alcohol content, it offers a smooth, silky texture on the palate and a fresh, crisp finish in its sweetness, making it a delicious beverage that stimulates the appetite.
