This plum wine is made by macerating an abundant quantity of Nanko plums from Wakayama in the Kishu region. The infusion of traditional Japanese green tea leaves gives this plum wine a lively colour and an aroma profile in which the refreshing astringency of the green tea harmonises with the characteristic aroma and sweetness of the plum wine, together with the typical acidity of the Nanko plums.
