Our carefully roasted seaweed is used by professionals from as far north as Hokkaido to as far south as the island of Ishigaki in Kyushu and, more recently, in sushi restaurants, traditional Japanese cuisine and Japanese restaurants abroad, including Hong Kong and Singapore.
