Fukujinzuke - 150 g - Marutsu
€19.08 / Kg
This variety of pickled radish, called fukujinzuke in Japanese, is named after the seven lucky gods of Japanese mythology. It is a staple in many traditional dishes, but most commonly used to garnish Japanese curries, such as the famous Katsu Curry, to give it more flavour and a little crunch! You can also use it as a side dish to any Japanese meal or as an ingredient for your onigiri rice balls. This tear-open plastic bag of fukujinzuke consists of Japanese radish, aubergine, ginger, shiso leaves and sesame.
Made in Japan.
