S&B Spicy Japanese Mustard is a ready-to-use condiment characterised by a strong, pungent and pleasantly spicy flavour. Compared to standard Western mustards, it has a more direct and sharp taste, typical of Japanese karashi mustard.
Its creamy texture makes it easy to dispense directly from the handy 43 g tube. It is particularly well suited to Japanese dishes such as gyoza, tonkatsu, natto and oden, but also goes very well with sausages, grilled meat, rolls, sandwiches and Chinese dishes. It can also be mixed with soya sauce, vinegar, mayonnaise or other condiments to make spicy sauces, vinaigrettes and salad dressings.
