Mandatory Conditions for Professional Access and Purchases

Private customers must register through the “Login” → “Register” section available at the top right of the website.
Registration through this page is reserved exclusively for companies, professionals and other business customers holding a valid VAT number.
1 - VAT Number
By registering a professional account on domechan.com, the user declares that they are the owner, legal representative or an authorised person acting on behalf of a business holding a valid and active VAT number.
Private individuals without a VAT number are not permitted to register as professional customers.
Private customers may purchase normally on domechan.com by using a standard customer account.
2 - Accuracy and Ownership of Information
By registering as a professional customer, the user declares that all information provided is:
- true and up to date;
- related to their own professional or business activity;
- provided with full authority and authorisation.
VAT numbers, company names, addresses or other information belonging to third parties may not be used without the appropriate authorisation.
3 - Commercial Conditions Reserved for Professional Customers
Approved professional accounts may benefit from dedicated commercial conditions and a fixed professional discount, applied regardless of the quantity purchased for each individual product, according to the commercial conditions currently in force.
These conditions are separate from the quantity discounts normally available on domechan.com for standard purchases, which may vary according to the number of units purchased.
Commercial conditions reserved for professional customers may be updated over time and are applied directly to product prices and/or the shopping cart according to the conditions applicable on the website.
4 - Automatic VAT Number Verification and VAT Treatment
The VAT number entered may be automatically verified by the system and, where applicable, through the European Union VIES system.
For intra-EU transactions that meet the requirements established by applicable legislation, the system will automatically apply the correct tax treatment and, where applicable, remove VAT from the order.
Registration as a professional customer does not automatically result in VAT being removed. The VAT treatment of each order is determined according to the customer's country, the validity of the VAT number and the requirements established by applicable tax legislation.
5 - Verification of Business Information
At the time of the first purchase, and in any case before the goods are dispatched, Domechan reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration.
In the event of incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable information, the order may temporarily be placed in “Awaiting Verification” status until the checks have been completed or any necessary clarification has been provided.
6 - Business Registration Documents
Domechan reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming the existence and ownership of the business, such as a company registration certificate, Chamber of Commerce document or equivalent official document, valid at the time of the request.
7 - Improper or Fraudulent Use of Information
The use of false, altered, third-party or otherwise unauthorised information may result in the suspension or closure of the professional account and the cancellation of related orders.
In cases involving the possible fraudulent use of information, Domechan also reserves the right to notify the parties concerned and, where necessary, the competent authorities.
