Curry Goma is an original Japanese seasoning that combines the toasty, aromatic flavour of sesame seeds with the distinctive spicy notes of curry. Ready to use and highly versatile, it can be sprinkled directly onto dishes to add crunch, aroma and flavour. It is particularly well suited to white rice, but also pairs very well with noodles, donburi, meat, chicken, vegetables and salads.
The combination of sesame and curry also means it can be used as a topping to easily create dishes with a more robust flavour without having to prepare complex sauces or dressings. The handy container with a measuring cap allows you to sprinkle it directly onto your plate in the desired quantity.
