1 - VAT number
By proceeding with the registration of an account on domechan.com as a professional user you expressly declare that you have a regular VAT number (regardless of the nature of the services/products managed) active in the national and international territory.
It is categorically forbidden for private persons without a VAT number to apply for registration as a professional user.
Private users may make purchases on the website proceeding as a private user.
2 - Veracity of data
By proceeding to register an account on domechan.com as a professional purchaser you expressly declare that the data entered is true, up-to-date and traceable to your own activity, categorically excluding third parties.
3 - Data verification
On the first purchase (and before the goods are dispatched) the data entered during registration will be cross-checked. In case of inconsistencies, the order will be placed in the status "awaiting verification" until the inconsistencies are resolved with our staff.
4 - Chamber of Commerce document
It shall be at our discretion to request a valid document issued by your Chamber of Commerce certifying the truthfulness of the data entered on the portal.
