Produced entirely from two-row barley grown on the Goto Islands, it is a shochu in which the natural roasted aroma of the barley and the sweetness resulting from maturation stand out. Ideal with dishes such as Camembert cheese, crackers, balsamic vinegar and sautéed lotus root with bacon.
