Morinaga Mori-Nu Silken Asian Tofu is a speciality of the Asian culinary tradition from one of the world's most popular tofu brands. Produced in the USA by Morinaga Nutritional Foods according to Japanese quality standards, it differs from classic tofu in its particularly soft and silky texture and the sweet note imparted by brown sugar and natural flavour. Thanks to these characteristics, it is ideal for preparing typical desserts such as annin tofu (almond pudding) and other sweet specialities of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, but also lends itself to protein shakes, creams and smoothie bowls. The aseptic Tetra Pak package is Mori-Nu's true signature: an award-winning packaging system that protects the fresh tofu without the use of preservatives, allowing it to be stored at room temperature until the specified date. Once opened, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
