This ponzu sauce has an exquisite flavour you won't find anywhere else, as it combines citrus juice, fermented vinegar and soy sauce. This 'Japanese refreshing flavour' condiment can be used in a wide range of dishes, from hot pot to grilled meat with grated radish, grilled fish, salads, dumplings, cold tofu, grated radish and seared bonito, by 'dipping' or 'pouring' it on top. You can easily prepare a 'refreshing chicken stew' by simmering chicken in a 1:1 ratio of Ajipon and water. Try it in salads too, it will be great!
