Aioi Hon Mirin is produced using only domestically produced rice as raw material. The natural sweetness derived from glutinous rice, which sugar cannot replicate, enhances the flavour of any cuisine, whether Japanese, Western or Chinese. It is produced by a traditional method using Mikawa's traditional Otsu shochu in the fermentation process.
