The sudachi is a small green Japanese citrus fruit, characterised by its pronounced acidity and a fresh, aromatic scent. Its flavour is somewhat reminiscent of lime, but has a more delicate, herbaceous and typically Japanese profile.
This product contains 100% organic sudachi juice and allows you to enjoy the fruit’s distinctive aroma all year round, without having to squeeze it fresh. It is particularly suitable for flavouring delicate dishes, to which it adds acidity and aroma without overpowering the taste. The packaging bears the Organic JAS certification, the Japanese organic standard. The manufacturer also declares that no salt, flavourings, colourings, preservatives or acidity regulators have been added.
